When you're in a meeting and you are trying to set up the next meeting, you need to find the dates fast. In Outlook 2007 that is no longer a problem! To find a date quickly, follow the steps below:
- Choose Go | Go To Date.
- Or press CTRL + G.
- The dialog box appears with a date highlighted.
- To go to another date, type the day you want as you normally would.
There is another really cool way to change dates in Outlook 2007. You can type in something like "thirty days from now." Outlook understands English when it comes to dates. I'm not sure if you want to use that feature all the time, but it sure is nice to have it available when you want it isn't it?
If you want to go to today's date, follow the steps below
- Click the Today button at the top of the screen.
- Or you can choose Go | Today.
Then all you have to do is double-click the date and enter your details.
