Quickly Jump Between Documents in MS Office

Many times we find ourselves working with multiple documents in MS Word and Excel and it can sometimes become confusing as to where the next document we want to work in is hiding!

Well, I'm going to tell you a secret now about how you can easily move between your many open documents or workbooks.

Follow the steps below:

  • Click CTRL + F6 to move to the next document.
     
  • To move back you will need to click CTR L+ SHIFT + F6.
