Freeware greeting card program?

Unfortunately, I don't have any suggestions off hand. In the past I've asked for help from Gazette Readers and someone usually points me in the right direction.

Do you know of a freeware greeting card program that meets Jenny's requirements? Send me your suggestion and I'll include an update in a future edition of the Gazette!
