Today I
was asked if I knew of any good Parental Control software (that is FREE)
which can filter out web sites which contain bad language, nudity, sex, and
violence.
Believe it or not, I didn't know the answer to this.
I remember seeing Content Advisor in Internet Explorer... and decided to
check it out. I set the all the content levels to 0, which *should*
have blocked out all the "bad" web sites.

Unfortunately, I received a Window asking me if "this web site is
acceptable" or not for *every* site I visited. This was not my idea of
a fun time, and I'm sure there must be a better solution.
So, I was wondering if any Gazette Readers have any suggestions on some
good Parental Control software? If you have the answer, please send me
an email and I'll include my thoughts in the next issue of the
Gazette
(email below).
