If you are collaborating with a group of colleagues in your office on a slide show and need to leave comments for them regarding your changes, etc., follow the steps below:
- Click on the Review tab.
- In the Comments group, click on New Comment.
- Key in your comment.
- Drag it into position on the slide you are commenting on.
