You can make AutoText very easy to find on the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT).
Follow the steps below to learn how:
- Click on the Office Button | Word Options | Customize.
- Under Choose commands from look for All Commands.
- Scroll until you see AutoText and click Add.
You will now have a drop-down box to select from!
