Add AutoText to the Toolbar in MS Word 2007

You can make AutoText very easy to find on the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT).

Follow the steps below to learn how:

  • Click on the Office Button | Word Options | Customize.  
     
  • Under Choose commands from look for All Commands.  
     
  • Scroll until you see AutoText and click Add.

You will now have a drop-down box to select from!
