Change the Name of the Comment Author

By default, in MS Excel each comment includes the author's name.
To change or cancel the name of the author of the comment, follow the steps below:
- Click on Tools | Options | General | User name.
- Change or delete the user name to your liking.
This change will only apply to any new comments that you insert.
