Directory Hog is a small, free utility for Windows which will scan a drive of your choice and list the total size of each folder in a list. The list also shows the largest file size found in the folder as well as the number of files found in the folder. You can sort the columns in this list. To view the contents of a folder, simply double-click the folder in the list.
