Nlite
Remove some Windows components like Media Player, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, MSN Explorer, Messenger nLite is a GUI for permanent Windows component removal. After removal there is an option to make a bootable image ready for burning on cd or testing in virtual machines which means with nLite you will be able to have a Windows installation which on install doesn't include, or even contain on cd, unwanted components.
All Snap
allSnap is a small system tray app that makes all top level windows automatically align like they do in programs such as Winamp or Photoshop.
