NetBalancer
With NetBalancer, you can lower network priority of certain tasks (such as your downloads using bittorrnet). NetBalancer is an Internet traffic control and monitoring tool designed for Windows XP / 2003 / Vista / Win7 (64 bit editions will be supported next release). You can use NetBalancer to set download / upload transfer rate priority for any applications and monitor their Internet traffic.
TestDisk
TestDisk is powerful free data recovery software! It was primarily designed to help recover lost partitions and make non-booting disks bootable again when these symptoms are caused by faulty software, certain types of viruses or human error (such as accidentally deleting a Partition Table).
