Reboot System Restore
If System Restore is failing to restore your system, it could mean that your restore file is infected with malware. By resetting the system restore, you should be able to start fresh.

With PenyuLocker, you can lock or unlock any folder with a given password. This will prevent an unauthorized person from having access to any sensitive or confidential information on your computer.
