YouTube 101

"You'll never get anywhere by watching TV all day." That has been a popular refrain uttered by mothers for generations upon generations. Today's mothers may even be saying the same thing about the Internet's version of television, YouTube. Only, ... this time, they're wrong. You can get somewhere by watching YouTube. Prince Punishes Piracy, Copyright Infringers

Although he may appear fairly harmless, Prince is about to attack. That's right, the singer known for partying like it's 1999 and "Purple Rain" will soon flood controversial Internet sites YouTube and PirateBay with allegations of copyright ... infringement. For those who don't know, Prince is a bit of a stickler when it comes to this kind of thing. Since that probably didn't stop anyone from immediately posting such content on good 'ol ... (view more)

Mobility and Language Form Future of YouTube

Even though YouTube co-founder Steve Chen was born in Taiwan, the enormous video sharing website is currently not available in his native language. Ironic, huh? Well, that may soon change.
