Tray Devil
TrayDevil boats some powerful tools: It can hide the tray clock, disable a window's min, max and close button, shutdown, restart, stand by, hibernate, log off, lock your system and turn off your monitor.

Drive Folder
Drive Folder associates folders with drive letters so they behave as physical drives. This is very convenient if you use specific folders to store data files, multimedia, downloads etc.
