Chrome Anonymizer
Google Chrome is a new web browser: it uses a client ID which can be found in the user data folder of the Chrome installation (unique for every user). Privacy advocates are already warning users that the ID can be used to create exact user profiles of a user's actions while using Google Chrome. This article uses three different methods of editing or removing the Google Chrome user ID to make sure that no permanent data can be collected when using the new browser.
Lansweeper
Lansweeper makes a complete software and hardware asset inventory of your Windows-based network. Lansweeper does not need to install a client on your workstations, all scanning is done through the use of WMI, fileshares and remote registry access.
