Outlook Attachment Enabler
With this program you can take control of attachments Microsoft Outlook deems unsafe, allowing you to open any attachment you like. Controlling the safe and blocked attachments has never been easier (and more potentially dangerous, for that matter).
Usage Monitor
Usage Monitor lets you set watch limits on processes to know when your process is using too much CPU. Watch limits can be placed on Memory Usage, GDI Objects, and User Objects. This is a great tool for any developer.
