Spam Reaches Record Levels

As much as 95% of all email is spam, according to new research. Barracuda Networks, an email and web security firm, analysed more than a billion emails sent to its customers this year. They found between 90-95% was spam, compared with 85-90% last ... year. They also carried out a survey of their customers, which include major firms IBM, Coca Cola, and Harvard University. Study Blasts iPhone Keypad

A usability study by consulting firm User Centric has found that average cell phone users are more efficient when using a QWERTY keypad than Apple's new iPhone design. The study involved 20 participants who said they sent text messages at least 15 ... times per week. Yahoo Groups Hit by 'Duplicate Bug'

Oops! It looks like Yahoo has dropped the ball. In releasing an update to increase the speed of the system, a bug has caused Yahoo Groups members' inboxes to be flooded with duplicate messages.
