Take Command Console LE
This program gives you access to a better command line; Enhanced CMD commands (Dir, Copy, etc), Flow Control (If-Then-Else, Do Loops, Switch, etc), Enhanced batch file commands (error traps, etc). TCC/LE is the free version.

Safarp
Safarp is a small and fast alternative to the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel applet of Windows 2000/XP. It displays a list of the installed programs and allows one to uninstall and/or repair them.
