You can learn mouseless control of everything in MS Office 2007 -- it's true!
All you have to do is tab the ALT key while in any 2007 Office application and you will notice that the Ribbon is instantly populated with small letters indicating the keystrokes necessary to accomplish whatever task you choose!
Just type the letter for the different ribbon tabs such as H for Home, N or Insert, etc. to access the individual ribbon controls and more mouseless shortcuts!
