Sometimes there are tracked changes in a document even after you have turned off the Track Changes feature. The reason behind that is that you must accept or reject the changes that have already been made in the document.
Follow the steps below to find out how to accomplish this task:
- On the Review tab, select Accept all changes in document.
- Make sure that you take care of this before you circulate your document to anyone else.
