Leave Comments for your Colleagues in MS PowerPoint 2007

If you are collaborating with a group of colleagues in your office on a slide show and need to leave comments for them regarding your changes, etc., follow the steps below:

  • Click on the Review tab.  
     
  • In the Comments group, click on New Comment.  
     
  • Key in your comment.  
     
  • Drag it into position on the slide you are commenting on.

That's it – you're finished!
