Below are some great shortcuts that you can use to save time and keystrokes in MS Excel 2007:
- Apply an outline border to the selected cells -- CTRL + Shift + &
- Apply the Date Format with the day, month and year -- CTRL _ Shift +#
- Apply the Time format with the hour and minute, and AM or PM -- CTRL + Shift _ @
- Enter the current time -- CTRL + Shift + :
- Hide selected columns -- CTRL + O
- Toggle between displaying cell values and formulas in your worksheet -- CTRL + '
- Display the Find and Replace Dialog Box -- CTRL + H
- Display the Print Preview window -- CTRL + F2
- Switch to the next workbook window -- CTRL _ F6
- Display the Macro dialog box -- ALT + F8
