You can quickly and easily format lists of data in MS Excel 2007 very quickly and easily using galleries of styles.
Follow the steps below to learn how:
- On the Ribbon click on the Home tab.
- There you will find the Format as Table Command.
- Check My table has headers in the dialog box (if you have headers).
This will allow you to quickly sort or filter columns within your spreadsheet using the header's integrated drop-down menus.
