Where is the Work Menu in MS Word 2007?

The work menu has now been incorporated into the Most Recently Used Files list in MS Word 2007.
That list allows you to "pin" documents so they do not become scrolled off the list. In theory, the list can now hold fifty documents, but because the list does not scroll, the total number you can have on your list is really dependent upon your screen resolution.
