'TeraCopy', and 'ZoomIt'

TeraCopy

TeraCopy is one of the best, free (for non-commercial use) programs you can use to copying a large list of files from one place to another. For example, you might want to copy 1TB of movie files from your PC onto a portable, external harddrive to take with you to a friend's house. Teracopy is especially great for such a task because it shows which files will be copied, along with a process indicator, and even allows you to pause the copy. These features are not available via the standard Windows file-copy function. If you want a reliable file-copier, teracopy is highly recommended!
