PenFormat is a small but extremely handy new utility that allows users to format a USB pen drive or MP3 / MP4 Reader in NTFS (Windows NT file system) partition format. NTFS is compatible with several Microsoft operating systems, including Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.
