Save Yourself Some Time with Universal Fonts in MS PowerPoint 2007

Dennis Faas's picture

Not all older versions of MS Office will always have the PowerPoint 2007 default fonts such as Calibri, Corbel and others, so why not save yourself some hassle by not using them for presentations that will be widely distributed.

When you have a PowerPoint presentation that will be making the rounds to many different people and computers, you may want to use fonts like Verdana, Times New Roman or Arial so that those fonts will be available to all viewers of your presentation.

Lots of folks will be thankful for your courtesy!
