Back-up or Copy Mail Files in MS Outlook Express

This is a tip about Outlook Express. Please do not mistake it for Outlook which is a part of the Microsoft Office Suite.
You can back up your mail files in Outlook Express and you should so that you will have them just in case of a meltdown.
Follow the steps below:
- Start by opening your Outlook Express Store in Windows Explorer.
- Select Edit | Select All from the menu in this folder.
- Select Edit | Copy from the menu to copy the files or us the shortcut CTRL + C.
- Open the folder where you want to keep the back up copies in Windows Explorer.
- Select Edit | Paste from the menu, or use the shortcut CTRL + V to paste the files into your back-up folder.
And that's it, you're finished!
