Back-up or Copy Mail Files in MS Outlook Express

This is a tip about Outlook Express. Please do not mistake it for Outlook which is a part of the Microsoft Office Suite. You can back up your mail files in Outlook Express and you should so that you will have them just in case of a meltdown. Follow ... the steps below: Start by opening your Outlook Express Store in Windows Explorer. Select Edit | Select All from the menu in this folder. Select Edit | Copy from the menu to copy the files or us the shortcut CTRL + C. Open the folder where you want to keep the back up copies in Windows Explorer.
