Steel Run-As

Steel Run-As lets you give access to the user to run that application with administrator credentials without making him into a administrator equivalent account. Steel Run-As supports file CRC checking. This ensures the credibility of the target program. Misuse of the targeted program is not allowed. Steel Run-As outputs a single executable ".exe" and does not need any installation in the target machine. Steel Run-As also doesn't need any extension through command line.
