This Explorer add-on operates from the taskbar to launch the Windows Explorer as you want it.
Quasi Vnc
QuasiVNC is a free remote computer screen viewer. It was designed as a support tool, to allow the supporter to view the screen of the person he or she is helping. With ordinary VNC software, a port-forwarding / NAT router can complicate direct connections considerably. With QuasiVNC, you won't have to worry about complicated router setups.
