Microsoft Graph is a basic graphing program that is included with MS Word. It has the ability to view your graph data in both spreadsheet and graph formats.
The graphs you create are capable of including gridlines if you wish. The grid lines make it visually easier to understand the data being presented in your chart. You are in control of how your chart grid lines are displayed.
Follow the steps below:
- From the Chart menu, select Chart Options.
- Microsoft Graph will display the Chart Options dialog box.
- Make sure the Gridlines tab is selected.
- Use the check boxes to select which gridlines are hidden or displayed. You will we the effects of your choices in the sample.
- Click on OK.
That's all there is to it!
