Number it Your Way in MS PowerPoint
Number it Your Way in MS PowerPoint

Sometimes you give a PowerPoint presentation that involves more than one PowerPoint file. Isn't it just a tad confusing having the slide number of all the different files restart at number one? I have always thought so!
The good news is you can adjust the slide numbering without merging the presentations together!
Follow the steps below:
- Click on File | Page Setup.
- In the latest version (2007), use the Design ribbon.
- Select the Number Slides From.
- Enter the number you want for the first slide in the presentation.
- Click OK.
Ah, a much easier and less confusing solution!
