In past versions of MS Word there was no way to compare documents except to have two windows open and switch back and forth which can be very tedious and lead to many errors.
Thankfully, in MS Word's latest version it is very easy to compare two different documents.
Follow the steps below to learn how:
- Click on Review | Compare.
- Click Compare again.
- Enter two document names.
Now you will see just how easily you can compare your documents!
