Once your document is finished and you have perfected your formatting there is one more thing to do before you send it off to a colleague or client and that is check to be sure there is no private data in your document.
To check your document for private data, use the Inspect Document command, found under the Office button.
Click Prepare.
It will now look for hidden text and other information that MS Word can strip from your document for you.
