Do you find that you often use custom colors for text in your Word documents? Well if you do, you may have found that it's a real bother to have to keep manually selecting the custom colors that you desire for your document.
The answer is simple!
Create styles that contain the colors you want.
Then create a toolbar and place the styles on the toolbar.
Now, whenever you want to use one of your custom colors, simply select the text and apply the style!
